How the visio lesson works
Teams platform
The visioconference platform used in priority is Teams. Simple to use, it allows fullscreen viewing to maximise video quality (depending on the connection of course).
Email invitation
Before the chosen date, the student receives an invitation by email, allowing access to the session.
One-hour session
Each session lasts one hour.
Weekly time slot
If the student has chosen one of the available plans, both student and teacher agree on a fixed weekly time slot reserved for that student.
Occasional lessons
In the case of occasional lessons, each future session is decided at the end of the previous course.
What you need
Your guitar
The essential — acoustic, classical or electric.
Computer or tablet
A device with webcam and microphone to connect to the session.
Stable connection
A stable internet connection to ensure good video and audio quality.
Audio headset
Using headphones is ideal for the student to maximise sound quality.
Something to write on
Useful to take notes during the lesson.
Payment of the lessons
Bank transfer
Payment is done by bank transfer to the account indicated by the teacher.
Before the first lesson
Payment must be completed before the first lesson. Depending on the chosen plan, before the first lesson of the series or before the occasional lesson.
Cancellation
Lessons cancelled less than 48 hours before will not be refunded (Terms and conditions).
Refund
In case of a payment surplus or the cancellation of a refundable lesson (see Terms and conditions), the refund is done by bank transfer to the account indicated by the student.
